Practice Schedule

So we are doing practices every Friday @ 6:00pm and Saturday @ 6:00pm onwards CST(GMT -6). We will try to do some pub Game modes and maps. For the public games please try using callouts. If we get use to our callouts I will start standardizing the callouts and maybe add some locations.

NB:Please don't try to confuse the team with your callouts. I don't want to hear "One on the big building with the gray wall beside the big yellow thingy." Use simple callouts such as second floor, on A, bottom, top, crow's nest, trailer or firing range.

well at 7 i am only alowed on 15-45 minutes after seven so i will still come but might leave early

Its not really carve in stone. I would probably login earlier than 7pm and play all night, might be till morning.

are the practices already starting this friday?

I don't think practices should start until there is an actual roster for Bravo squad. So that tanista can see who can get on at what times.

I wont be starting bravo roster until I see people play. There are only a few people that I saw would be a great member of bravo. I would like to play with more people first before I start naming people.

So this friday we are playing some games. The aim of the first practice is just to see how people play on different game types and especially how they work as a team. Its not mandatory for anyone to attend the practice but I will based my roster on your performance so if I don't see you play then how can I evaluate you.

@soul-repo-man. Good job on callouts tonight. I felt a little bad because your callouts are really valuable and I might have done less callout than you.

Thanks dude I appreciate the compliment and on the KD I was looking at it wrong my KD is not .72 its actually 1.07 go figure any way key I think we should do private matches and came up with names for for specific places example. fire range. (Plywood bld) U know which one that is.(middle building) the bld of campers (truck) its behind middle bldg next to the blind.(trailer) self explanatory any way u get the point I think it will help in callouts because we would make a a standar that way theres no guessing of what someone position is because what you might call something it might be something different to me.

That's 8 PM for us Eastern Guys optics. But usually tanista or soul_repo_man are on earlier so join their party.

I think the times may be a little to restricted for some and sometimes people have things going on that day and may not be available, especially since its a Friday night. I think you should probably one or two more practice days where if one person can't make Friday's practice, he can make another practice day. It would not be mandatory to go to all practice days, but it would be appropriate to go to at least one. In having 3 practice days in the whole week, there won't really be any excuse for not participating because of just a Friday night where you have work, or an outing, or a game. I know I was doing some late work yesterday(friday) so I when I got back I was too tired and didn't feel like playing. Maybe if there was an alternate day for it.

I agree with that idea and as u can see I'm on almost everyday I do get on late because of work. But I would still make it the end and would try to get on earlier if we made it training day.

This week will be a little busy for me. There will be side by side finals and I will probably assess your suggestions next weekend. I might go online for 1-2 games in my study breaks and that's it, please kick me out or send me a message if you see me play more. lol.. See you next week and hope you do great on your own things.
