Squad Leader WANTED - Requirements.

Want to be Bravo's Squad leader? Well in this topic you can 'apply' to be that person, however we require a number of things for you to control such a prestigious and trust-yieldy position. Obviously we can't just have any random person lead, who doesn't know what to do and lacks critical leadership skills. We want someone who was born to lead, someone who knows how to control his squad under the pressures of battle and make the right decisions, on and off the field. Each squad will be expected to participate in Gamebattles, so it is necessary for the squad leader to understand how to use Gamebattles and compete with the squad. If needed, a help topic (coming soon!) is in the General Discussion Forum so you can get accustomed to how Gamebattles works.

Vital Requirements
Need to live in North America/Canada (Timezone Reasons).
Have a Mic.
Have a good K/D, roughly > 1.30.
Be very active throughout the Clan.
Have a basic idea of how to run a Squad.

If you want to lead this squad, then reply to this topic stating that you can meet all the requirements, and why you think you should be the leader.
Each App will probably result in a specific try-out.

i would like to be Bravo squad leader becaus ei feel that i would run it very well, ive been playing call duty since the very first games and ive been in countless clan wars, i cant say ive been in gamebattles but clanwars yes, i know the strategy of this game down and feel i would be a great squad leader

I would like to be the Bravo squad leader. I am always active on forum(repd, ic) and online. Last two clan I stepped back and let the squad leader lead. Now I think I could help the clan more if I am given a chance to be the squad leader. I also believe that I have the skill and leadership to lead a team. I also have some experience on how NOT to lead a squad(former Delta squad member).

we got us a show down i vote for both being tested in leader abillities and having their own squad to command 2-3 guys each

Alright, we will hold this match(s) tonight at 9PM GMT, hopefully then we can all make it. If not I'll just make the time later, although I may not be able to make it. Each team will have an even number of players, with objective-based games being played. For the first game, it doesn't matter team players are on, as long as the teams are EVEN and the Squad Leader Applicants are on OPPOSITE teams. After that, teams must be the same except for the Squad Leaders, who should swap round so everyone gets to be lead by both players. At the end of this, either me or DrOpShOtZz will hold a vote. Only players who were in those games can vote. If you have any questions, please post them in this topic and I will answer.

and i dont know if im going to be able to make that because its my grandmas birthday today and were having a party type thing, so would we be able to do it 2moro maybe?
